the location was convenient. i appreciated the proximity to the subway and the lovely parkland nearby. my room was very clean, and the bed was quite comfortable. the bathroom was also excellent, it had plenty of towels.

my room was small! i struggled to open my suitcase fully. the window would not shut properly, and i could hear the draft. they put tape on the window to try and seal it.

i found the staff friendly and helpful. the location is superb, close to the subway and riverside park, ideal for walks. a very comfortable bed helped me sleep soundly all nights. i also liked that the room was eco friendly.

my room was quite small. it was hard to open my suitcase fully. i know it's an expensive area, but the room was basic. also, the window didn't shut completely, and i felt a draft.

there are many shops and restaurants very nearby. i could fill my bottle at a -1 floor fridge. continuous coffee service is available too, and i really appreciate this.

The hotel offers significant value for money. The location felt secure. The hotel features recent refurbishment with a modern style. Staff members were consistently friendly and helpful .

Sound insulation was not optimal, making sounds from the hallway and adjacent rooms noticeable at times.

The staff worked tirelessly to accommodate early arrivals, which I found helpful. I noticed the cleanliness was amazing. My room had fresh towels and bedding. I enjoyed the location. It's away from the city center. The hotel provides transport links to various major attractions, very useful indeed.

the room felt small. i almost felt claustrophobic because of the limited space available. the lack of proper soundproofing also bothered me as street noise was always present. i regret i didn't bring earplugs for my stay.
