The location is near the central station (I could easily access various parts of the area). The staff provided helpful recommendations and were always smiling. The rooms are quite large for the area.

the bathroom door in my room failed to close creating a lack of privacy. the television did not work and wifi was unavailable hindering my ability to conduct business.

the location was quite good for getting around the city easily and the staff seemed helpful during check in.

my room was not properly cleaned before my arrival i found some dust and grime on the surfaces i tried to wipe it down myself but it was still noticeable the wi-fi was also unreliable it kept disconnecting , made it hard to plan my day. i had booked a room with a city view i ended up with a view of a brick wall.

the location was acceptable, close to grand central station. it allowed easy access to several subway lines.

The lack of functional wi-fi for seven days was inconvenient. also, a sewage odor from the bathroom toilet was noticeable. It caused discomfort.

i enjoyed the spacious rooms and the cleanliness was top notch. my room even included a fantastic view of the chrysler building. the hotel's proximity to grand central was definitely a plus. extending my stay was easy thanks to the accommodating staff after my flight was cancelled

the bathroom light was surprisingly dim

nearby, i found several dining options within walking distance including cafes for quick bites and restaurants for proper sit-down meals. grand central terminal has a wide array of food vendors which offer different culinary choices. there are also many delis in the vicinity.

the location is supremely convenient being close to major attractions. i walked easily to summit one, the empire state building, and times square. grand central terminal is also just a short walk away, offering easy access to transportation.
