direct connection early flight good size long check-in few employees paper sorting

the hotel is directly connected to terminal 1. this made getting to my early flight so easy!!! i just walked across the overpass. the room was a good size. it had everything i needed for a short stay.

the check-in line was quite long. only two employees were handling registrations. other employees were sorting papers. i think they could have helped with the line.

card reader difficult check-in

the porter was friendly it was helpful since i arrived close to midnight.

the front desk experience fell short of expectations the card reader malfunctioned causing unnecessary delays and i felt as though i was being an imposition i received no apology after the issue was resolved and was sent to the wrong tower without clear directions making the check-in process more difficult than it needed to be.

airport proximity direct walkway relaxing evening quiet rooms

the airport proximity impressed me i found a direct covered walkway to terminal 1. the restaurant food impressed me it made for a relaxing evening before my flight. the staff showed patience with my spanish language practice. the hotel offered quiet and clean rooms

the room lacked a fridge and a coffee machine that was disappointing i expected more convenience in that respect

Super Convenient Airport Hotel!

skywalk connection amazing service luxury toiletries convenient location

This hotel is connected to Terminal 1 via a skywalk, and I could walk there super fast. The concierge gave amazing service helping me with directions. The luxury toiletries in the room felt premium. I found the location convenient, especially with my early morning flight to catch!

The wait at check-in was a little long, with only two staff working and multiple guests arriving at the same time, but nothing that bad really.

My Junior Suite included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower which I thought was awesome. The room had big windows overlooking the runway area, how cool is that? High-quality linens are on the bed and made my sleep excellent.

The staff was cordial and polite this is a huge plus. They were super helpful with my luggage, a big relief after a long flight. Restaurant service was prompt, I liked it.

I found multiple restaurants on site, super convenient when I was hungry. The pool area featured around 20 loungers and a shaded section, how good is that? A free shuttle to Terminal 2 also exists, what a treat!
