Lackluster stay. Service issues

great locationunhelpful receptionistnoise problem
the location worked. near the cathedral. but nothing stood out as really good.
I had issues with the staff's attitude . the receptionist was unhelpful and dismissive! especially when i asked about a late check-out. there were also noise issues due to gaps under the doors. I could hear everything in the hallway which was very disturbing.

Excellent Stay Close to Everything

central locationamiable stafffree snacksnoise issue
the hotel is situated perfectly near the zocalo, cathedral, and templo mayor. staff members were amiable and always ready to help (i found them to be so helpful!). fresh guavas, cookies, and potato chips were available in the foyer daily, a great touch.
my room was located in the older section of the building, and it had some noise issues. it seemed like a water pipe was running directly next to the room, which caused a loud noise throughout the night.
