I found the staff really charming and attentive. They offered a welcome drink upon arrival. The included breakfast was a treat. the 24/7 food availability was a real plus, I never felt hungry. I appreciated the concierge, Alberto, who arranged great tours for me.

The room was very clean and well kept. communal seating spaces were ample. I appreciated bottled water being available on each floor. breakfast was delicious. The service was fantastic. the hotel staff was very helpful. A walking tour was included with my reservation.
The room was a bit on the smaller side. It could be a tight squeeze for longer stays or travelers with a lot of luggage.

The hotel is ideally situated. Many excellent restaurants and attractions are just a few minutes walk away. this made exploring the historical district easy and convenient for dining and sightseeing. i found it very accessible.

the staff was genuinely helpful. they always offered assistance with directions. the complimentary cafe was a nice touch. it provided snacks and drinks throughout the day. the included breakfast had good variety. i especially liked the fresh fruit options.
my room faced an interior atrium. i could hear noise from the bar area. the air conditioning was quite loud. i struggled to find a comfortable setting. the shower pressure was inconsistent. this made it hard to regulate the water temperature.

The hotel provided complimentary food and drinks around the clock excluding some liquor. This was a fantastic bonus. The hotel's location is in the heart of the historic center. This made it easy to walk to major sightseeing spots.
The room was not very clean I found long black hair everywhere including in the bed.
