Amazing stay!

attentive staff easy access

The hotel staff was attentive. They promptly addressed any concerns I had. The hotel boasts a well-stocked guest cafe room. I appreciated the easy access to refreshments. EVERYTHING was great.

Housekeeping needs improvement. I noticed a few missed spots .

clean room helpful staff

the hotel staff was friendly they were helpful the room was spacious and clean with air conditioning that worked well the blackout curtains were useful too

the pastries in the guest lounge tasted stale it was a slight letdown considering the otherwise high quality

poor soundproofing excessive noise

The location was convenient the building had a amazing Tiffany ceiling.

The windows lacked soundproofing so the noise from the square made sleeping difficult even with earplugs I requested a room change but staff informed me that no quieter rooms were available. The street performer outside sang loudly all day her amplifier made the noise worse. I found the noise level excessive.

convenient location spacious room kind staff electric fan outdated equipment locked entrance

the location was very convenient. my room was spacious and clean, i must note. breakfast on the terrace offered great views. the staff was kind, and even provided umbrellas for a tour, it happened.

the heater they put in the room was an electric fan. this indicated the cold issue was known, i think. the equipment seemed outdated to me. the entrance was locked at night, i had to ring and wait a long time.

The breakfast included made-to-order omelets. Free coffee and snacks were available in the private lounge each morning. The rooms had soundproofing so outside noise was minimal.
