the check-in process was slow, and i waited for a second room. the room had outdated furniture, and the shower lacked water pressure. the elevators were also slow.

convenient location excellent detail easy access
This hotel seemed like home IMMEDIATELY. The location near Ángel de la Independencia meant walking along Paseo de la Reforma was simple. Excellent meals nearby are REALLY convenient. The housekeeping team REALLY impressed me with detail and speed.
I found ONE minor issue . The hotel-arranged transportation IS older. The car felt small and uncomfortable.

The executive lounge is small BUT food options are excellent. The daily guacamole tasted fresh with amazing flavor. I looked forward to it.
