Location was very useful. A short walk got me to the Duomo and Galleria. The staff acted very friendly. I did appreciate the breakfast. It included fresh fruits.

i really enjoyed my stay! the breakfast had so many choices. the staff greeted me with bottled water when i arrived and always had a smile. it was so cool that fresh towels looked daily with amazing housekeeping.

The location was amazing, only two stops to the duomo by tram. there was a mini market nearby. I really appreciated that. bars and restaurants were also close by.

the staff seemed very friendly. they let me keep my luggage there before check-in! the breakfast was really yummy. i especially liked the fresh fruit they had.

the air conditioning was kinda loud in my room. i also couldn't adjust it myself, it was a bit annoying! parking in the hotel garage was not possible for me. they said my car was too big, what a shame!

the location is amazing. it is a short walk to the metro station, i appreciated its convenience. the breakfast provided many choices , all were fresh and tasty.

The room i had looked a bit outdated and could use some refurbishment. sound insulation was poor . I could hear noise from the adjacent rooms.

the room was adequate. the staff were friendly on check in.

The phone in the room did not work, it was quite frustrating. I was unable to contact the front desk for assistance with a broken light. then i discovered bed bugs. my body is now full of very painful and itchy bites.
