short walk friendly staff
the location proved lovely, a short walk to the metro made trips easy. the staff was very friendly, always ready to assist with a smile. i found the breakfast selection generous, setting a positive tone for each day.
the hotel charged a daily parking fee, which surprised me. i did expect complimentary parking.

The location allows a leisurely fifteen-minute walk to Duomo. I could also reach Navigli with a forty-minute stroll. The facilities were impressively clean. I found all the necessary amenities in the room.
I noticed the hairdryer seemed like it was straight from the 90s, with no modern settings.

noisy air conditioning defective phone
The location was acceptable, a twenty-minute walk to the Duomo.
The room's air conditioning made considerable noise at its third speed. some buttons on the room telephone did not function correctly. It proved difficult to contact reception by phone.
