Romantic Getaway by the Cathedral

The location allowed us to easily explore historic sites.. especially the cathedral. Our room featured high-quality bed linens and the most comfortable mattress I have ever experienced in a hotel. The staff provided great suggestions for local spots and helped secure reservations.
we found that the air conditioning was not working properly in the room. We had difficulty breathing comfortably at night. This needs fixing to provide a great stay.

repetitive breakfastant problem
the breakfast was okay, but very repetitive. everyday it was the same offering of meats, cheeses, and jams. i did ask for a tomato to be cut, instead of the pureed option, but more variety would have been appreciated. also, our room had ants, which wasnt ideal. they did try to resolve the issues, but it took a while. a discount would have been nice considering the cost.

Superb City Center Stay

I really enjoyed the excellent location. The hotel's position near the cathedral allowed easy access to many attractions. The staff were really friendly and provided useful information. I especially liked how beautifully restored the building was. It created a tranquil atmosphere right in the city center.
The room was small. There was very little space for luggage, and this made it a bit inconvenient!

i found the staff amazingly helpful. they offered restaurant recommendations and even handled reservations. the location is also very nice with the cathedral, marina, shopping, and dining close.
The room was quite small. I found there was no real room for luggage. some soap and lotion were used up from a previous guest.

The location was superb. It was close to major attractions. My room was clean and well-kept. I found the staff always available and ready to assist, they were very kind.
The street-facing rooms experienced a bit of noise early in the morning.

mixed experience at this location

the location was acceptable , being close to many restaurants and shops.
the room was quite small , and there was hardly any space for luggage. i found used soap and lotion from a previous guest , and the sheet smelled like urine. i asked the night shift to change everything , and we changed it together because he did not know how.
