The staff was very great. They gave me restaurant recommendations and advised me on local sights. Breakfast was lovely with perfect portion sizes. I requested a specific pillow from the pillow menu. It arrived quickly. The staff really tried to accommodate every need I had.

I found the minimalist decor didn't suit the large room. The nightstands were too small. There were very few drawers in the cupboard. It reminded me of more could have been done to make the space functional and appealing.

the staff welcomed us warmly and gave us a very informative chat about the area. we got a list of great restaurants and advice about local sights. the breakfast provided daily had perfect portion sizes. a pillow menu existed and my pillow arrived soon after i chose it. the staff really did their best for us.

i personally didn't like the smell of the shampoo. conditioner and body wash weren't pleasant for me.
