The receptionist was somewhat unhelpful. I asked for a kettle and felt dismissed initially. Also the bed was too firm. The air conditioning seemed stuck on a frigid setting. I did not sleep well because of this and felt tired.

I found some aspects frustrating. The soundproofing was not good! and noise from the street kept me awake. the breakfast area felt cramped. Navigating it with a plate was difficult due to the limited space. The layout needs improvement. It was hard to relax and enjoy my morning coffee with people constantly bumping into my chair.

the location was great, near the seafront. easy walks to shops and restaurants are possible. the hotel room, the clara room, was very clean.

the receptionist wasnt very helpful. i asked for a kettle, and my husband was told to wait. the bed was hard, so i didnt slept very well.
