The location proved inconvenient. It required a considerable walk to the town center. the pool area was also disappointing. the bar service was slow. Staff seemed unfamiliar with making common drinks such as sangria, which took an excessive amount of time to prepare. air conditioning was ineffective, and the room remained uncomfortably hot throughout my stay.

the reception staff seemed very helpful. my room was clean.
I had a really noisy room. i could hear everything from the hallway and the room next door. Every conversation and door slam was audible. this made it hard to relax and sleep. the noise problem needs addressing

I find the rooftop pool refreshing. The jacuzzi offered such relaxation after exploring. Complimentary water in the room was a considerate touch, I liked this so much.
The location near the roundabout meant some traffic noise, mostly noticeable from the balcony.

the reception staff was helpful and informative. i got an upgrade to a suite. the room was spacious and very quiet. the breakfast had plenty of choice and the food was fresh.
the hotel is in the periphery of the city about a 30 minute walk to the old town. it is more a business person hotel that is functional. the rooftop pool and bar were closed when i went and i was not aware of that. the restaurant is functional with no real character.
