ABSOLUTELY AMAZING STAY!

sea view many options really good service

I had the junior suite sea view. The view of the sea was amazing. I could watch the sunrise right from my room! The breakfast offered many food options, and I enjoyed the cava. Nuria, the restaurant hostess, treated us like royalty. Her service was really good.

The bathroom could use a little work. The shower door leaked water. The sliding doors to the toilet were also swollen, so I had difficulty closing them. Hopefully, they can address these maintenance issues soon.

The suite included a spacious layout with large comfy beds. Sea views offered really good sunrises. I COULDN'T BELIEVE how lovely it was. There was a fridge to keep drinks cold and air conditioning available.

Facilities

The hotel offers two pools. One is located on the ground floor and the other on the first floor. The first-floor pool is popular, though sunbeds are very close together! The spa features a deep tissue massage that I recommend.

The staff throughout the hotel were friendly and helpful. Nuria at the restaurant were really nice. She. The pool bar offered fantastic service. The staff members were wonderful, and the food tasted great.

Breakfast included a great variety of food options. There was cava available, amazing! The meals were first class. Every meal was enjoyable , especially lunch at the pool bar.

a few issues impacted my stay

dirty floor bathtub issue

the location was acceptable, as it was close to the beach and other attractions.

the room had some issues, like dirty floors and stained doors (it didn't feel clean). also, i could not close the bathtub properly. honestly, i don't think the hotel is worth the price i paid (especially with these issues).

the junior suite sea view offered a nice setup. the bed was comfortable. breakfast included many choices of food each morning. the staff seemed very helpful.

the gym looked to have limited equipment.

Understaffing affected the service

poor staffing slow service

The service was genuinely slow. Check-in took OVER half an hour, a problem I did not expect. Staffing levels seem low (it REALLY shows). The food orders were not correct. It's just frustrating.
