the service was great the staff was helpful and answered all my questions. the location is very convenient it is near many sites and restaurants. i especially liked the rooftop restaurant and its really good food. i found the staff both friendly and professional.

the hotel charged me extra for water which i found a little unreasonable. they could consider installing a water filter instead of charging so much.

the hotel is centrally located in the historic district making it easy to walk to various attractions. there are many restaurants and cultural sites nearby. it is convenient for exploring the main areas of the city.

the superior suite i stayed in had a comfortable bed and included slippers and robes. the room was spotlessly clean. soundproofing was effective despite overlooking a busy street with my balcony.

the hotel provided a welcome drink at the rooftop restaurant which i thought was a nice touch. breakfast was included with many choices like lattes and cappuccinos without extra charge. there is also a rooftop restaurant available.

the front desk staff gave excellent suggestions for dining. they quickly learned who i was so they handed me my key without me asking for the room number. the staff also arranged reliable drivers.
