solid stay in the heart of it all

The hotel's central location was definitely a plus. It made exploring so easy. i walked to many historical sites and found great restaurants nearby. the breakfast was fresh and the staff were genuinely helpful. the reception staff provided excellent guidance on public transportation (which was really useful).
The lighting in the room wasn't great. It felt a little dim even with all the lights on.

the superior double room was compact but well equipped with everything needed. i appreciated the daily water bottles. the bed was comfortable and ensured a good night's sleep after a long day of sightseeing.

the staff excelled in their helpfulness and friendliness. rebecca and mariana at reception were wonderful, they assisted me with tour bookings. the concierge was also helpful, assisting with arranging transportation to the airport (a big relief).

charming stay near zócalo

The location was perfect. Zócalo was just a short walk! the staff was always ready to assist with directions and recommendations. i found the room very clean, and the bed very comfortable, though the parking was expensive. the cappuccino machine in the room was a good bonus and i bought one for home.
The gym equipment felt a little outdated. Some machines could use maintenance. it was still usable but not as modern as i expected
