stiff controls unanswered phone

The shower in room 7 NEEDS replacing! There was no temperature control, and the controls were stiff. The wash basin also had two taps without temperature control. Contacting the hotel owner to arrange early luggage drop was difficult. The phone number I had did not answer, SO ANNOYING.

Charming Stay!

The apartment size was AMAZING! The location was perfect. A dishwasher and a washing machine were available. Each day, we received new bottles of water, super thoughtful. i appreciated the staff. They gave restaurant recommendations nearby for dinner. They also suggested places for breakfast. They allowed us to leave our luggage until departure. They were willing to call a taxi if needed.

I was a little disappointed that the reception area is often not staffed, so if you need something you will be out of luck.

The unit was clean. ALL amenities were provided. It was a very nice unit. The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable. They offer excellent communication and a warm welcome.

charming escape

eclectic layout nice room good location

the apartment had an eclectic layout and decor that i adored. andreia was helpful and communicative. she checked us in fast, into a very nice, comfortable and clean room. the location is very good and is next to a restaurant.

i found it hard to contact the hotel owner. i needed to arrange baggage drop before the official check-in time. the phone number provided did not answer so this was a minor inconvenience.

a decent accommodation

nice kitchen comfortable bed unstaffed reception wrong room

the apartment was very clean and in a beautiful building. i found the location great. the beds were very comfortable and the apartment was quite roomy. it also had a very nice kitchen.

i had some difficulty with the staff here. the person checking me in put my bags in the wrong room. she could not make change for a 20 euro bill. the reception desk is hardly staffed.
