I checked in earlier than expected. The room had cleaning and I had some room options of the same type. Simon, the host, was great. Extras that I asked for arrived quickly.

The street outside looked slightly run down.

i had everything i needed in my room. A very comfy bed was available. Tea and coffee facilities were in the room. I could log in to amazon prime and netflix on the smart tv if i wanted. The owner was very friendly and helpful during breakfast.

the street looked run down and not so nice. This is something that needs some attention. It is not the hotel's fault , though.

the hotel is very close to the beach front , so it makes it easy to enjoy the seaside. Many amenities surround the area. I found everything within easy reach.

the breakfast was cooked perfectly , and it was a beautiful start to my day. There was plenty of choice available. The owner asked if i wanted the same breakfast everyday , so i felt well taken care of.

the wi-fi connection was available in the room. the tv had alexa available. I changed the colours of the lights with alexa , and it was a nice touch. I appreciated the cleanliness a lot.
