The staff was cheerful and polite (a great start to any stay). the room was lovely and cosy, with a comfortable feel. i especially appreciated the breakfast at the restaurant. It was quite delicious with ample choices.
the shower produced a terrible sewage smell. it made the room unpleasant despite its cleanliness and otherwise nice appearance. i hope this gets addressed soon.

Fantastic Stay!

I found the room very comfy and tidy. The staff even provided free champagne with a birthday note because they knew it was my partner's birthday! The kindness was much appreciated. I also thought the central location above a great pub was a huge plus.
The room got quite cold, and the heating wasn't working properly. I hope they fix it soon.

Our room included a comfortable bed, ample hanging space, and a well-stocked mini-bar and fridge. The bathroom had lovely toiletries and there were plenty of tea and coffee supplies that staff restocked daily. How great is that?!

The check-in process was straightforward. I booked my room easily. the room included nice decor and was a good size. i also appreciated the hotel being near the uni. It was only a short walk.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I much enjoyed the food. The breakfast options were great and plentiful. The location was fabulous, right in the center of everything. I could easily walk to shops and explore the surrounding area. I also appreciated the complimentary drinks and snacks in the room.
The television was not working in my room, it was a little inconvenient. I did not report it.
