Mixed Feelings About This Hotel

The airport shuttle was easy to use I must say.
The pool was quite cold I have to say. The sauna was barely lukewarm at 18 degrees so it wasn't usable. I expected more since the pool was the main reason I booked this place anyway.

early check in was easy the staff was helpful they even gave me a ride to my next place it was better than expected the bar menu was good and i liked the pool it was great to have a business suite the large bathroom was lovely it felt more like a unit than a hotel room
towels had not been changed that was not good the lunch at the restaurant was disappointing i called many times for airport pick up no one answered i ended up taking an uber there were hairs on the bed i did not like that
