mediocre stay with a few issues

the room was nice and clean.

the parking situation was a nightmare. after a late flight, i drove around for an hour with no parking spots available. i asked the receptionist where to park. she told me to park in the underground park next to reception. days later, i got a parking ticket for $85 despite following her instructions.

the check-in process was wonderfully smooth. my beautiful king room lake view kitchenette was super clean upon arrival. the bed offered restful sleep.. the kind one dreams about after a long day of travel.
