Excellent Hotel Experience

The renovated rooms impressed me greatly. The decor was very modern. I also enjoyed a very good breakfast with several options. The location worked well for me, as it was close to both the lake and the town center. The duty manager showed genuine care and prepared breakfast boxes for my early flight. I am very grateful.
I found the hotel to be poorly designed with inadequate soundproofing. There was noise from furniture moving upstairs early in the morning. A party downstairs created loud disturbances until midnight. I required earplugs to sleep.

The reception staff was very kind during check-in, providing helpful assistance. The duty manager prepared breakfast boxes for our early flight. This thoughtfulness created a positive experience.
