awesome experience!

helpful staff clean rooms accommodating staff friendly staff

tama was especially helpful . the hotel rooms are very clean. housekeeping was also provided if needed. the staff were very friendly and accommodating.

i noticed a slight lack of drawers or dedicated space for luggage, though this didn't significantly affect my stay.

The breakfast starts early, good for early risers. the hotel offers pizza for takeaway from the restaurant! there are also complimentary snacks and drinks upon arrival. I find it amazing.

The rooms are cozy with comfortable beds, essential! the bathroom lotion and bath shower provide hydration. a queen size bed is enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. I loved it so much.

the breakfast had a good selection of pastries and fruit. breads and cereals were also available at breakfast. i found a gym and a sauna in the hotel.

the rooms are small, i think. drinking water was not available. parking is not free here, that is annoying.

the room was modern and clean. i found the breakfast offering appealing. the hotel location is near the city center, i could reach it by walking.

Hotel parking is not free. It costs $25 a day.

unclear parking policy unexpected expense

The breakfast had good variety I thought it was a perfect start to the day.

I found that the parking policy was not clear because staff informed me the NZD 25 parking fee would cover 24 hours from arrival time however it actually runs from 1:30 PM daily until 1 PM the next day. I checked out at 3:00 PM the next day I was charged an overstay fee of NZD 57 two days after departure. This discrepancy led to an unexpected expense and staff training should improve.
