the proper breakfast had many options.

i found the room noisy because it was next to the reception area. people were talking loudly in the early hours. the room didn't have the quality of the fit out that i expected.

the staff booked complimentary airport transfers , A HUGE PLUS. they provided a complimentary shuttle to a restaurant. a late checkout request received an approval, MUCH appreciated. complimentary morning coffee and pastries added A special touch.

the carpet in the passage outside my room was filthy and remained uncleaned, REALLY disappointing.

the king superior room provided a relaxing space with a fine lake view. i woke up to this view every morning and found it peaceful. the room was modern and the hotel provided turn down service with a personal touch. the bar offers a great range of cocktails and whiskeys.
