recent decoration relaxing jacuzzi gluten-free bread friendly staff
I enjoyed my room. It had recent decorations and felt very comfortable. the swimming pool and jacuzzi were great for relaxation. i also found the breakfast offered good options (i liked the freshly baked gluten-free bread). the staff were friendly and ready to help with requests.
the spa did not seem to be cleaned with great care.

The room included two armchairs and a coffee table. The breakfast buffet offered many choices. I liked that I was able to use the spa facilities before check in and after checkout. The staff helped me find a pound for the lockers. The pool and sauna was nice.
There was only body and hair wash in the same bottle. For the price, i think a small bottle of conditioner should be given.

The staff at check-in were efficient. Breakfast offered a good range of options and the service was prompt. The pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi were never overcrowded . I liked the pool area, IT WAS clean.
The gym equipment seemed a little dated. I think it could benefit from an update to provide a more modern fitness experience . More contemporary machines would be a welcome addition.

easy access on-site parking tea facilities
The hotel location provided easy access to both town and beach. On-site parking was available and allowed early arrival after a tiring journey. The staff demonstrated efficiency and kindness . Our room was very clean and included tea and coffee making facilities along with a safe. The bed provided good comfort.
The bathroom shower cubicle was small and showed signs of wear.
