the room was a good size and it had enough space for a travel cot so we could still move around easily the family room included a bath so it was easy to bathe the children. the swimming pool was a great extra feature and my children loved having a splash around before bed. the provision of towels was a really lovely addition.

the receptionist daniel stood out because i had an issue with too much heat in my allocated room. he were great too find me a cooler room to better suit my needs. i really appreciated this proactive approach to ensure my comfort.

The family room was spacious. It had plenty of room for everyone. The location is great. It is a short walk to the beachfront. The breakfast tasted good. It was fairly basic, BUT, SATISFYING.

The indoor pool area smelled strongly of chlorine. This made my eyes hurt. Some aspects could use improvement. Specifically, the changing rooms need updating. IT, WAS NOT A GREAT EXPERIENCE.

the location is good. it is close to many shops and i can easy walk to the beach. the receptionist was very helpful and all three were great staff.

the room were dirty. the curtains was stained and my floor hadn't been hoovered. the hot tub was freezing cold and the water was murky. the knobs was broken too.
