The staff was friendly and helpful. I found complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits available, a welcome touch. The location was convenient for my needs, close to nearby attractions. The reception had a taxi call button. This service was very useful.
I noticed a few cobwebs in the room corners upon closer inspection. It was a minor issue, but it slightly detracted from the overall experience.

I found the staff very helpful . The breakfast options included both a generous buffet and cooked-to-order items. The room was clean (that is always important to me).
The window slats in the room did not block out light effectively. The small pillows felt out of place for this type of hotel. I also found the amount of scatter cushions excessive (less is more!).

i found the breakfast to be quite subpar. the sausages seemed reheated, and the pastries were stale (i expect fresh items). the cooked breakfast clearly did not meet my standards. i also noticed a lack of attention to detail in the room's cleanliness. there were a few hairs in the bathroom, and dust accumulated in the corners of the room. i believe housekeeping should improve their diligence, though staff addressed the issues immediately.

the room was quite spacious, more than adequate for my needs. i also found the breakfast service quite efficient, and the quality of the food was high.
The parking situation was less than ideal. Spaces were limited. i also noticed a stain on the carpet in my room, which detracted from the otherwise pleasant experience.
