A Charming Surprise!

I found the staff AMAZING after extending my stay. They ensured I could stay in the same room. This made things much easier. I could also use the leisure center next door.

The room was spacious. I liked the balcony offering unblocked views of the sea. Daily room service could be swapped for free drink vouchers. I also appreciated having access to the facilities at a nearby hotel, specifically the pool and gym.
The parking situation was a bit tricky. I had to pay extra.

Breakfast service was efficient, and staff members greeted and seated guests quickly. I am grateful for that. A good variety of food was available on the buffet, including hot and cold options. Breakfast runs until 10 AM on weekdays.

The staff was attentive and helpful, and I really appreciated their quick response to requests. I am thankful for that. Housekeeping responded quickly when I needed extra towels. The receptionist was also very polite and professional.

The room had sufficient space for luggage and movement, I am thankful for that. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The balcony provided clear, unblocked views of the sea and Isle of Wight.
