I enjoyed the parking garage. It was a great feature. the front desk staff provided helpful information about city sites (which i found very useful).
the water pressure was quite shocking. during showers, the water temperature fluctuated drastically, resulting in a few instances where i got burned. also, the tv did not work on the first day.

The cleanliness was not great. The carpet was not vacuumed. i also found that a $300 deposit was taken at check-in and not refunded. it's a bit of a hassle to have to follow up on that..

i appreciated the upgrade to the lakeview suite. the bar and restaurant staff were very cute. kay behind the bar. her margaritas were the best. the front desk offered us parking, very helpful.
The bathroom was a little shabby. But it was still functional.
