I found the location VERY convenient. The staff were friendly AND helpful! The family room was super clean. The beds felt comfortable.

Upon arrival, I noticed a strong cigarette smell. It seemed to spread throughout the building. I found it disappointing I wasn't asked about breakfast, so I had to find another place to eat. The room smelt of dog SO much.

I appreciated the friendly welcome I received. The room was clean, comfortable, and presented well. The coffee and biscuits in a tin were a nice touch (a good surprise).
