A comfortable shuttle runs to airport and metro. It is a big convenience . I found great amenities in my room. Storage spaces worked well. A Seven Eleven store is across from hotel.

The carpets in the hallways feel unsanitary, and rolling luggage across them is difficult.

The hotel runs a frequent and punctual shuttle bus. It provides good service . I know that they arranged one bus for children going to the AsiaWorld-Expo for a SAT exam. It was thoughtful.

shuttle service runs every hour to the airport. The breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods. the room included a desk and chair making work manageable. The rooms are clean and well maintained, it is something i value.

Some bus drivers did not act as expected and some staff rarely smiled. This made for a less friendly environment.

i loved how the hotel provided free shuttle services to the airport , it was really convenient for my early morning flight. the room was super clean , i could tell the housekeeping team really paid attention to detail. also , i found a 7-eleven right across from the hotel , very useful for quick snacks and essentials.

the price felt a bit high considering there wasn't a gym available.

The hotel offers a convenient free airport shuttle that runs hourly. I appreciated this service as my flight arrived late. The room was clean and of good size. The shower had excellent water pressure.

The hotel charged a fee for late check-out because of my delayed flight. I found this policy to be inconvenient. there weren't complimentary water bottles in the room. The price felt a bit steep considering these issues.
