amazing location
perfect location balcony room intracoastal view various restaurants
this hotel has the perfect location and its nearby the beach. walking is easy and it saves on transportation. i appreciate the balcony rooms, they offer beautiful intracoastal views. i liked the closeness to various restaurants and shops.
the menu in the restaurant was a little limited.

The valet service was friendly and helpful. Aly and john provided excellent assistance. a bartender, rodrigo, offered great drink options and advice on local activities. front desk staff were consistently friendly and professional. They helped ensure any needs were met.

Decent stay WITH SOME ISSUES
pool area cleanliness staff responsiveness helpful staff phone system antiquated system staffing levels inadequate staffing
I enjoyed the pool area VERY much. It was clean. I also found the staff responsive when I requested extra towels. Brandon was very helpful and attentive during breakfast!
My room wasn't cleaned ONE day. I mentioned it to the front desk, but I didn't receive any apology. The phone system seemed antiquated, I couldn't dial directly to departments. Ring ring ring. I noticed inadequate staffing.

I found the location convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions (and restaurants!). the staff was friendly and helpful. Douglas hall from the valet team always greeted me with a smile. i really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. i also found the comfy bed provided a perfect vibe for relaxation.
the gym equipment seemed slightly dated (but still functional).

the pool area had ample seating, and i saw many guests enjoying the outdoor amenities. the valet parking service operated efficiently, allowing quick access to my vehicle each time i needed it. the hotel included a well-kept gym.
