I enjoyed the pool area VERY much. It was clean. I also found the staff responsive when I requested extra towels. Brandon was very helpful and attentive during breakfast!
My room wasn't cleaned ONE day. I mentioned it to the front desk, but I didn't receive any apology. The phone system seemed antiquated, I couldn't dial directly to departments. Ring ring ring. I noticed inadequate staffing.

I found the location convenient, providing easy access to nearby attractions (and restaurants!). the staff was friendly and helpful. Douglas hall from the valet team always greeted me with a smile. i really appreciated the cleanliness of the hotel. i also found the comfy bed provided a perfect vibe for relaxation.
the gym equipment seemed slightly dated (but still functional).

the pool area had ample seating, and i saw many guests enjoying the outdoor amenities. the valet parking service operated efficiently, allowing quick access to my vehicle each time i needed it. the hotel included a well kept gym.
