The staff was helpful. The breakfast offered good value , and i enjoyed the proximity to various amenities. I found the prompt room service very convenient , and the room was clean , free of any odors.
The hotel is quite a distance from the metro station , , made dragging suitcases a little difficult.

The staff was very cute, especially the reception team. They accommodated my late check-in request at 3 AM very well. The room was nice, clean, and comfortable with complimentary tea, coffee, and water.
The breakfast options were limited, mostly offering bread and margarine (I prefer more variety). The local dishes were spicy. The location was not ideal as it was in a noisy area.

The check-in was smooth with the front desk staff being very cute. Housekeeping maintained the room daily providing fresh towels. I found the staff very friendly providing prompt assistance.
The windows did not completely block outside noise.

The beautiful family room included a king-size bed plus two single beds. The room offered a separate seating area with a sofa and a small table. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was tidy and well-kept.
