The noise level was quite disruptive. I was frequently disturbed by sounds from the street below. The bathroom cleanliness also fell short of expectations. The area under the sink was not properly cleaned, and I expect better attention to detail. The hotel advertises itself as clean, but I encountered this issue.

I found a coffee machine and toiletries in my room. I also noticed a safe box. The location is great near shops. I used car valet, a very good service for a fee. They gave drink coupons for the bar, that was nice.
I did find the lobby and bar somewhat simple.

the staff were friendly. snacks and water were provided in my room after it was cleaned. (i enjoyed this thoughtful touch.)
i found that guests are not informed in advance about the requirement to leave a usd 200 deposit. there was also an additional so-called "urban fee" of usd 46.
