the staff was helpful. check-in and check-out were seamless.
The room did not have a fridge. the bathroom was old. The shower was especially disappointing. the towels were also quite small.

the meeting room had good ventilation and felt comfortable. frank, who is an engineer, were patience when he helped reset my heating unit. the reception desks was also helpful when i needed to print some documents.
the hotel did not look like what the photos showed. the decor and the furniture felt old and looked like they were in bad condition. the toilet made splashing sounds like you could be washed away. i could hear it in the neighbors room at night.

i liked the room. it was clean and updated. the bed was comfortable (i slept so well!). i also liked that bottled water was provided daily. the hotel app was helpful. it suggested restaurants nearby and showed estimated walk times to each one.
i had some issues. it was difficult to reach the front desk by phone, both before and . also, the staff in the bar seemed distracted. they were often on their phones, so i decided to go out instead. i expected better service from a four-star hotel.

I had an amazing time! The front desk staff were helpful, offering information and directions. My room was large and well-decorated. The bed linen felt clean and fresh.
I noticed the absence of furniture on the balcony. It would have been nice to sit outside.

The elevators are fast. I never waited long because there are four. I really appreciated the rooftop bar. It was perfect for winding down after a long day. I would stay here again! Check-in staff were nice and checkout was super helpful.
I found the room lighting to be quite odd. The main light switch activated only a small light. The other lights were all different lamps. It was a bit strange and inconvenient.

The hotel's location was unbeatable. Many restaurants were within easy walking distance. i found the gym very well-equipped with a squat rack and peloton bikes! the availability of a mini-fridge and microwave in the room was really useful.
The room i stayed in showed some wear and tear, including chipped paint and slightly stained headboard upholstery. It was noticeable.
