just okay, really
rude gentleman incorrect direction
The front desk really tested my patience. Its like they actively avoided knowing anything about the city. i asked about getting to a football game and received a blank stare, its annoying. then, a simple request for a slightly later checkout met with what i can only describe as sarcastic resistance. seemed a bit much to ask, right?

The staff was very friendly and accommodating! I received an upgraded room and enjoyed the views of the city. The location is excellent. I walked to many attractions. The staff addressed all requests quickly, I was grateful.
I did notice a few minor updates are needed! but this did not detract from my experience.

The hotel has easy access to shops, malls and restaurants all within walking distance! Public transportation is nearby, perfect for reaching any destination quickly. A supermarket is also conveniently located across the street.

The hotel staff members are consistently professional and always sweet! They addressed every need quickly and efficiently. Some staff members provided excessive knowledge of the city and the surrounding area, it was very helpful.

The rooms have a coffee machine and a refrigerator, I appreciated the convenience. The room was very spacious and offered a beautiful city view. Bedding was very comfortable and the room was clean.

okay experience with some drawbacks
helpful staff fantastic food comfortable room full parking lot overcrowded pool unavailable loungers
i found lily at the front desk to be fantastic. she was helpful. the food in the restaurant was amazing!!! the room was also comfortable.
The hotel parking lot was full upon my arrival. i had to park at the prudential center instead. i found the pool overcrowded. It was unpleasant, with no available loungers.
