quiet and convenient stay
helpful staff clean room bottled water central location
i stayed one night i did not know the city. staff were helpful with directions and public transport. the lobby was nice and the room was clean. bottled water was in my room i did appreciate that. the location is central close to shops and the train station
the room was a little small. there was barely enough room to open my luggage completely. i managed but extra space would be better

Really good Location and Helpful Staff
convenient location helpful staff clean room useful fridge
I found the location very convenient, with easy access to many attractions. The staff was helpful. They offered great recommendations for local restaurants. My room was clean and included a fridge. It was nice that I could open the window for fresh air (I always appreciate that).
The bathroom was a bit small, so space was limited.

The location was indeed convenient. the room had complimentary water, a detail i always appreciate after a long day. i was able to leave my luggage at the hotel on my departure day. That was a real help. (it allowed me to explore a bit more without being encumbered.)
The elevator was quite slow. It would have been nice to be closer to the ground floor.

Acceptable stay, some minor issues
ideal location short distance comfy bed terrible pressure low volume dingy room
The location proves ideal for my trip. I walked a short distance to Boston Common. The staff were excellent and gave recommendations. The bed was comfy, and the room registered as quiet enough.
The shower pressure presented as terrible. The television volume did not get above a whisper even when turned almost fully up. The bathroom had no way to turn on an exhaust fan. Overall the room strikes me as small and felt a little dingy.
