The breakfast was abundant each day. It was a good start to the day
The front desk was not very helpful. I had several issues and it seemed like they didn't care about making the guests happy. Other family members staying there were also not happy so it was too late to cancel.

the location allowed quick access to nearby attractions and dining. i also appreciated the cleanliness of the common areas, they maintained it well. the hotel provided complimentary breakfast offering a decent variety of items. the availability of coffee and tea throughout the day was convenient.
during my stay, i found that the room lacked sufficient soundproofing. noise from neighboring rooms and the hallway was often audible. this made it difficult to relax completely especially in the evenings.

The room offered great temperature control. I could easily adjust the settings. I appreciated how clean the room was. The location provided easy access to many sites (though not directly in the city center).
