the room had soft bath robes the harbor view premier king room provided a refreshing sight from my bedside. housekeeping kept the area immaculate service was timely. fresh nespresso coffee was a convenient offering each morning in my room I welcomed its comforting start to my day

stationary bikes valet service rainfall shower
the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. i used the valet service and they where quick. the room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower, which i liked.
the ice machine on my floor was out of order.

inadequate privacy low water pressure
the location was acceptable, close to the north end.
the bathroom door was not a proper door, it failed to offer adequate privacy. water pressure in the shower was also lacking. i expect more for the price paid.

underwhelming experience with some issues
thin walls weak water
the room i booked was not what i expected. the walls were thin. i could clearly hear conversations and a baby crying through the night. the bathroom door felt flimsy and provided little privacy.. the water pressure in the shower was weak and lukewarm. a paltry 5% refund was offered after i complained.
