fantastic location comfortable bed accessible transportation modern room

the hotel's location is fantastic. public transportation is easily accessible, and it's simple to walk to many places. the room was really modern. it featured a huge, very comfortable bed! the tech is awesome.

the room was small. i've had bigger cabins on cruises, though i knew that from the reviews.

breakfast had good coffee and a decent selection. a water refill station is available at the bar. made grabbing a quick refreshment really easy before heading out for the day.

the hotel is near the hynes convention center station on the green line. fenway park is within walking distance, as are many other attractions. there's a 7-eleven close by for quick supplies.

modern aesthetic excellent location fast check-in t stop

The hotel's aesthetic was so modern. The location proved excellent. Self check-in and out went fast. The T stop right outside the door made getting around easy!

I noticed a small weird spot on the ceiling in the shower area, but it wasn't a big deal.

The breakfast included some hot items, like sausage, and scrambled eggs. Several bread options. Various toppings. Fruit, yogurt, and real coffee! I enjoyed all the options available.

Mixed feelings about my stay

frozen ipad small room

The iPad controls EVERYTHING in the room, and it froze several times. I had to call for assistance EACH time. A broken iPad meant I could not adjust the lights. I could not control the temperature or watch television. It was frustrating. the room was small, and there wasn't much space for luggage. This cramped feel, combined with the tech issues, really impacted my experience.

The location IS super convenient. I loved the proximity to the subway station. Accessing different parts of the area was effortless. The lounge offered comfortable spaces to relax after exploring.

The room size felt a bit compact for two people with large luggage, but it worked.
