poor choice strange treatment
I was a Diamond Ambassador member. I was told I could have breakfast in the lounge. It has great views. The food and beverages were very poor. I expected more from an IC hotel.

friendly staff soaking tub working steam room responsive staff
The front desk staff was very friendly. My king room included a soaking tub. The steam room worked perfectly. Staff actually answer the phone when you call , WHICH IS uncommon these days.
The hotel restaurant seemed a little understaffed during peak hours.

My room featured one king bed and had very high quality linens. A large television offered many channels and streaming options. The newer mattress ensured restful sleep.

warm welcome immediate assistance super clean room great accommodations
Tacine at the front desk greeted me warmly! She answered all my questions patiently. Jose was super friendly upon my arrival! He helped me immediately. The room was super clean! The accommodations were great.
The gym equipment had not been upgraded recently.

Underwhelming stay with multiple issues
empty minibar obstructed view
The hotel features a good location close to the harbor.
I encountered several problems . The minibar was empty. I really wished for a drink upon arrival. The promised city view from my room was obstructed by a large building. I am not happy about it. the room service was slow. I waited over an hour for a simple order.
