the location was central. it made getting to everything very easy, especially restaurants and sights. the staff was friendly and helpful with suggestions. the room was spacious, it had comfortable beds.

the elevator was not accessible, i had to walk up a few flights of stairs with my luggage.

The hotel had a superb location. it was really close to rossio square. i found many restaurants and shops nearby too! the breakfast offered a good variety. I particularly enjoyed the fresh fruit.

I noticed some slight wear on the bathroom fixtures. A bit of updating would be welcome.

central location air conditioning difficult door broken handle

the location was very central. it allowed easy access to many attractions. the air conditioning in the room worked great for the hot weather. it kept the room very cool.

the street door was difficult to lock sometimes. i reported this but it was still a problem. the bedroom door handle even fell off, annoying.

The staff at reception was helpful. The location is near public transport plus dining options. My room was serviced daily with fresh towels. The bathroom facilities were spotlessly clean with good soap and a great shower.

The entrance has some steep stairs. There is no elevator on the ground floor. I had to climb stairs to the first floor to use it. The elevator was tiny with space for one person and a small bag.

clean space tall ceilings

The staff offered helpful advice about Sintra. The space felt clean and well-kept. The location was central with all nearby attractions within walking distance. The tall ceilings and windows gave our room an airy feel.

The hotel lacks a full-length mirror.
