visible mold dirty floor

the bed was comfy that is about the only positive thing i can say

the room smelled distinctly of damp it wasn't just a slight musty odor but a pervasive smell i really noticed the walls had visible mold near the window i also found the bathroom quite unclean the showerhead was covered in limescale and the floor was dirty

The location is quite convenient just a short walk to the south pier i found that very useful. I had a front sea view and enjoyed watching people. The bathroom door had a modern sliding feature it was really nice. The host was also generous and very helpful during breakfast.

The beds could benefit from some updating to improve comfort.

great location comfy bed friendly owner sparse breakfast dirty area cleaning attention

the location of the hotel was great, very close to the south pier. the owner was a friendly person. he asked me where i was from and told me he has a friend that live there. the bed was comfy and it had fluffy pillows.

the breakfast was not great. the english breakfast did seem quite sparse. i thought the breakfast area needed a cleaning. it needed more attention each morning.
