The shuttle service offered convenient transport. The restaurant in the lobby was excellent. I had a lot of fun (the bar was a highlight!).

i stayed one night. the room was renovated and beautiful. fabulous linens were present and the bathroom was well appointed. the food on the menu was delicious and reasonably priced.

the shuttle was late while we waited in the rain. it was packed so many of us had to stand in the bus. the driver kept driving fast and i almost fell down many times.

i noticed the gym was smaller. it limited the workout options available, during peak hours it was crowded. there were not enough machines, disappointing.

The room was a good size, and the staff were cute.

The walls DEFINITELY needed to be cleaned because there were dirty marks all over, and some cupboard doors were hanging off their hinges. The bath also had chips missing from the porcelain. IT WAS a total letdown.

The shuttle service to and from the airport is complimentary and operates every 30 minutes from 12:00 am to 8:00 pm, with increased frequency to every 15 minutes from 8:00 pm to 12:00 am. Pickups at Terminal 1 can be found at Ground Level Post R3, and at Terminal 3 at Arrivals Level Door G - Post 41.
