Town Inn Suites Hotel is frequently praised for its spacious suites, often described as large apartments with full kitchens and comfortable living rooms, providing excellent value in Toronto. Many guests have enjoyed impressive views from the higher floors, some as high as the 26th floor, especially those facing east, perfect for catching the sunrise. The hotel's location near Church Street is a definite plus, with easy access to the subway and grocery stores, although some guests have pointed out that the breakfast can get crowded. It is also conveniently located just outside the bustle of Yonge Street.

the location was good. it was close to the subway, so that was acceptable.
The breakfast area seemed small. i estimate only ten people could sit there. That seems too few for a big hotel. the parking situation posed challenges, getting luggage in and out was hard with small doors and steps. i found getting the car out tricky too. the tv did not work.

Spacious suite with GREAT location

helpful staffequipped kitchenconvenient locationearly morning noise
The staff were very helpful and cute. The suite included a big fridge and a full kitchen. The location offered many options for food and shopping. I could easily walk or use public transport. I was surprised with the grab-and-go breakfast (a real time saver).
The gym was under my suite, and early morning use created noise which affected my sleep. I wish i had known about it ahead of time to request a different room.
Dining
9/10
The grab-and-go breakfast included coffee and simple items. There are numerous restaurants and pubs located within a short walk, providing plenty of dining options. A Longo's grocery store is also nearby for convenient shopping.
Location
9/10
The hotel is close to the subway station. It's in a great spot for various activities planned. I found it easy to get around. Many food and shopping options are within walking distance.
Rooms

My suite was HUGE. It was like a mini-apartment. It had a full-sized fridge, stove, and a well-equipped kitchen. The room was bright and modern (VERY clean too).

small breakfast areapoor coffee
The provided breakfast was poor. The breakfast area had very little space for a building of this size. This created long queues for the single coffee machine available. The machine only dispensed half a mug at a time, requiring two presses for a full mug. A thermos was available, but the coffee was not good. The selections included muffins, fruit, and yogurt, but it lacked cheese, ham, or any other savory options.

Excellent Accommodation

modern updatesconvenient locationshort walkcomfortable home
The one bedroom apartment offered great value considering the price. It reminded me of a comfortable home with modern updates. I found the location convenient with several restaurants and shops nearby. The subway was a short walk away making it easy to travel around.
Access to the balcony was restricted and the dining room felt a bit small. this did not greatly affect my stay.
Location
9/10
The hotel benefits from its proximity to the Yonge-Bloor subway station a walk that takes approximately 5-10 minutes giving guests convenient access to various parts of the city and efficient transportation options. Nearby, there are also many restaurants and convenience stores.
Facilities
9/10
A full kitchen is available in the units allowing guests to prepare meals. The excellent staff members were friendly and willing to address any issues immediately providing extra supplies like cups and towels without any hesitation.
Rooms
9/10
The room provided was spacious with a comfortable living area. Cleanliness was maintained to a high standard offering paper slippers as an unexpected bonus. I found the availability of a coffee machine complete with capsules very useful.

The staff was quite helpful. Stephanie at the front desk offered valuable assistance. i appreciated the convenience of on-site laundry. it definitely added to the ease of my stay.
the street noise was noticeable at all hours. the windows did not seem to provide adequate sound insulation. also, the lack of on-site breakfast meant relying on vouchers for a nearby coffee shop, but the options were limited.
