fantastic stay near the station!

the staff were super friendly and helpful. my room was spacious and very clean. the breakfast buffet had so many choices. It was perfect!!! the hotel's proximity to the train station was a huge plus for my travel plans.
the air conditioning wasn't working as effectively as i hoped, made the room a little warmer than i prefer.

faulty televisionrazor in shower
The television did not work well. I had to restart it repeatedly as it kept turning itself on. upon arrival, I discovered a razor in the shower on the shower gel holder. It was not easy to see, so I did not report it to the reception, but I know others could find that annoying.

I loved the clean room. The shower was wonderfully spacious. I especially enjoyed the breakfast. It was superior to any breakfast I have experienced at other hotels. I found the staff helpful throughout my stay. I felt very supported.
I noticed that the food options were a little limited, though the location and accommodations were great.

i stayed for four nights. the room was a pretty good size for a european hotel and it was very clean. they don't clean unless asked, but they did so promptly when requested.
the hotel is very near the city centre but it sits very close to a rather rundown and rough area. there were people hanging around streets, openly taking drugs. the restaurant for dinner is located on the lower ground, the service was a bit hit and miss.
