the airport shuttle service was helpful. the driver offered useful information about the area. the breakfast selection included a variety of fresh options. the staff kept the hotel very clean and remained courteous.

I found the room CLEAN upon arrival. The bed felt large and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep after a long journey. The staff was lovely, especially the breakfast area attendant. The shuttle service to the cruise terminal was also very well organized, easing my travel logistics.
I found only a minor issue, the safe in my room did not work and the phone wasn't functional either.
