The receptionist was very helpful. i checked in early and got settled. my room was clean. i found food options and a grocery store nearby, very convenient..

the air conditioning was quite loud. it made it difficult to sleep well. i also noticed a slight unpleasant smell in the room.

The front desk offered quick check-in upon my arrival at 1:15 pm, even though official check-in time is 3 pm. I found this REALLY thoughtful. Staff shared helpful information about bus routes to my destination. I also enjoyed the buffet breakfast with a variety of options.
