the room was well designed and very spacious. transportation to different locations in the city was manageable, since the hotel was close to multiple bus stops. the neighborhood felt pleasant, it had a variety of restaurants and shopping options.
I was disappointed. The room was outdated. i noticed no stationary in the room at all, though i expected it. the worst part was the very firm bed. It was difficult to get comfortable.

the front desk personnel are very helpful and friendly. joyce, joey and anne provided excellent service and were very courteous . i found the chinese restaurant provided food with excellent value. i found the transport options and proximity to various food and beverage options were great.
the location isn't central for tourists and public transport can be a bit slow.

The breakfast buffet had an awesome selection of food and drinks. The staff were friendly and always available to assist guests. The location is convenient to lots of restaurants and shops, a real plus. I found bus stops nearby making it easy to get around.
The complimentary shuttle service stopped running a little early in the evening.

My room has a very spacious layout with modern design elements and great view. The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly. The bathroom includes two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.
