the room was a reasonable size i found a very good shower in the bathroom

the bed was comfortable but i found it too warm it had a plastic mattress cover i was disappointed to discover the rooftop bar had run out of beer upon my visit it seemed quite busy reception staff were helpful

The staff was friendly. I appreciated the lights under the bed as i walked to the bathroom at night. the hotel location was great. the room was a reasonable size and the bathroom had a very good shower.

Rooms are quite small and dark. The lighting is not great.

I found the location really good. It's a short walk to shopping on 5th avenue. Many restaurant options surround the hotel. The staff stored our bags after checkout. This was a huge plus. Rachel at the front desk had amazing energy.

I noticed the cleaning occurred late in the day, around 5PM, sometimes inconvenient.
